Buffalo Nickel Silhouette Necklace

The Buffalo Spirit symbolizes: Stability- Strength- Protection- Abundance- Free Spirit- Remain grounded in gratitude
This necklace is created by skillfully hand sawing the negative space around the buffalo on an authentic buffalo nickel. An easy to fasten toggle clasp is hand fabricated using sterling sheet and wire. Natural stone beads are attached by the clasp and onto Italian leather cord.
**Note** Dates on nickels will vary between 1920-1937.
I use Buffalo Nickels in my creations to bring awareness and honor to the indigenous people that lived upon the land I now steward. May the Land, Stones, Plant Life, Sentient Beings, Elements, Directions, Ancestors, be honored...in all ways… bring peace, healing, and reconciliation to our beloved Earth Mother and all whom dwell upon & within her. Honoring the spirit of the sacred Buffalo.
