This Buffalo Nickel bracelet was created by adding together sterling hand fabricated & hammered rings with buffalo nickels. A toggle clasp ensures easy closure.
A bold look is pulled together at minimal cost by using the nickels vs sterling discs. Buffalo Nickels add much symbolism, added interest, and a better price than using solid silver links. Plus, these coins enhance the distressed look given by the oxidized & hammered silver finish.
**Note** Dates on nickels will vary between 1920-1937.
I use Buffalo Nickels in my creations to bring awareness and honor to the indigenous people that lived upon the land I now steward. May the Land, Stones, Plant Life, Sentient Beings, Elements, Directions, Ancestors, be honored...in all ways… bring peace, healing, and reconciliation to our beloved Earth Mother and all whom dwell upon & within her.
